I’m not happy with my hire car. Can I change it?

We always aim to provide the perfect model for your journey. If you are not satisfied with your choice, you can change it during your journey. Simply visit the nearest hire station and we may exchange it, depending on the availability of other vehicles. If your hire car has a fault, we will of course make it our priority to provide another vehicle.
